Hosting FAQs

Hosting prices are simple. £75 per year.

The hosting package includes up to 15 emails, full FPT access, cPanel functionality, up to 2 databases and plenty of web space and monthly bandwidth.

So the rule is.... £75 per account. Full stop.

Is it always £75 per year?

Yes, for the vast majority of our clients. One or two have exceptionally high monthly bandwidth requirements and we negotiate a small premium to cover this. No client pays more than £135 per account per year.

Price of additional web addresses?

We charge £12.50 per year for each extra .co.uk address and £20 per year for .com ('top level') web addresses.

Money back guarantee on hosting

We will refund the whole cost of your annual hosting package if your website is 'down' at any time for a minimum 24 hour period, due to a fault in the servers. This decision can be verified by a report from the providers of our servers.

Web address registration included

Registration of one web address is included in your annual hosting package. If you choose not to take this option there is no refund.

Transfer out fees?

We make no charge if you want to transfer your web hosting/address to another website host.

We simply ask that your account is up to date, before we will release your account.
